Consumer Description
The contact owns a 2022 BMW X7. The contact stated that the second and third row seats are not latching. The seat folded down on the occupants. The "Seat not latching properly" message was displayed. The vehicle was taken to the local dealer, where it was diagnosed that the sensors were not working. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not contacted. The failure mileage was approximately 25,000.
