Consumer Description
The contact owns a 2013 Ford Fusion. The contact stated while shifting to reverse(R), the message “Contact Manufacturer” was displayed on the screen. Additionally, the camera screen went black. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired by an independent mechanic or dealer. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and referred the contact to file a complaint with the NHTSA Hotline. The failure mileage was approximately 100,000.
