The contact owns a 2016 Ford Fusion. The contact stated that while driving at an undisclosed speed, the instrument cluster intermittently illuminated. The contact stated that the instrument cluster then failed to illuminate and remained off. The vehicle was taken to the dealer where it was diagnosed and determined that the instrument cluster needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired.
