Consumer Description
The contact owns a 2022 Jeep Compass. The contact stated while driving at an undisclosed speed, the instrument panel display was inoperable. The vehicle was taken to the local dealer and the dealer was made aware of the failure. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The vehicle was not repaired. Upon investigation, the contact associated the failure with NHTSA Campaign Number: 23V058000 (Electrical System) however, the VIN was not included. The manufacturer had been informed of the failure. The failure mileage was unknown.
