Consumer Description

The contact owns a 2014 Kia Cadenza. The contact received notification of NHTSA Campaign Number: 22V158000 (Visibility) however, after stopping and shifting the vehicle to park(P), the contact returned and noticed that the windshield had separated from the frame and was cracked. The contact stated that the manufacturer and the dealer refused to replace the windshield. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 150,000. Parts distribution disconnect.
