Consumer Description

The contact owns a 2022 Jeep Compass. The contact stated that the instrument panel and display screen was very dim, reducing driver visibility. The contact stated that there was condensation built up around the windows during rainy weather, causing an abnormal odor inside the vehicle. The contact stated that the condensation reduced the visibility while driving. The contact called the dealer and scheduled an appointment. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The vehicle was not repaired. The failure mileage was unknown.
