Consumer Description

The contact owns a 2021 Volkswagen ID.4 equipped with Bridgestone Tires, Tire Line: Alenza, Tire Size: 235/55/R19, DOT Number: 2761004ES. The contact stated that while driving approximately 40 MPH, the contact experienced a front driver’s side tire blowout. Upon inspection, the sidewall of the tire had separated. The cause of the failure was not yet determined. The manufacturer and local dealer were not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 20,000.
