The contact was able to drive the vehicle to the residence. The dealer was contacted and stated that the vehicle was not under recall. The vehicle was not diagnosed. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was contacted and stated that the vehicle was not included in NHTSA Campaign Number: 15V340000 (Steering) and provided no additional assistance. The failure mileage was 183,156.
