Consumer Description

HAD JUST CHARGED THE VEHICLE AT A LEVEL 3 CHARGER, RECEIVED BATTERY FAILURE WARNINGS ON THE DASHBOARD, BY THE NEXT MORNING THE CAR HAD LOST MOTIVE POWER DOWN TO 12 MPH MAXIMUM. THIS OCCURRED JUNE 19, 2023. THE CAR HAS BEEN AT THE DEALER EVER SINCE, WHERE THEY ADVISE THAT THERE ARE NO ICCU REPLACEMENT MODULES IN THE USA AS THEY ARE BACK ORDERED. THE DEALER IS NORTHSTAR KIA IN QUEENS, NY.
