The contact owns a 2018 Dodge Grand Caravan. The contact stated that after reversing out of a parking space and coasting to exit the parking lot, the driver’s and passenger’s side air bags deployed unintendedly and without impact. The air bags within both the driver’s and passenger’s side seats also deployed. The dealer was made aware of the failure, but the vehicle was not diagnosed. The vehicle had not been repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The approximate failure was 113,626.
