The contact stated while driving 35 MPH and attempting to accelerate, the vehicle hesitated, prompting him to pump the accelerator pedal, after which the vehicle seemed to return to normal functionality. The vehicle was taken to the dealer, who failed to determine the cause of the failure, and the vehicle was not repaired.
