The contact owns a 2018 Honda CR-V. The contact stated that while driving at various speeds, the sun visors on the driver’s and passenger’s side fell. The contact stated that the failure distracted him while driving. The vehicle was taken to a dealer where the failure was confirmed, and the contact was provided an estimate to replace the sun visors. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The vehicle was not repaired. The failure mileage was approximately 50,000.
