Consumer Description

The contact owns a 2006 Ford Fusion. The contact stated that while driving at various speeds, there was an abnormal creaking sound coming from the front end of the vehicle. There was no warning light illuminated. The contact stated that the vehicle was repaired on several occasions due to the failure. The contact stated that each summer after the vehicle was repaired, the failure returned. The manufacturer was notified of the failure but provided no assistance. The vehicle was not repaired. The failure mileage was unknown.
