Consumer Description

The contact owns a 2018 Honda Accord. The contact stated that while at a complete stop, there was white colored smoke coming from the passenger’s side of the engine. There was no warning light illuminated. The vehicle was taken back to the dealer and the contact was provided a loaner vehicle. A diagnostic test was performed, and the contact was informed that the head gasket was blown. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The vehicle was not repaired and remained in the possession of the dealer. The failure mileage was approximately 95,000.
