The contact owns a 2019 Ford Edge. The contact stated while driving 25 MPH, the vehicle was driving uncontrollably and was driving from side to side without warning. The vehicle was taken to the dealer and the vehicle was aligned, but the failure continued. The vehicle was taken to another dealer and the contact was informed that the shocks needed to be replaced.
