Consumer Description
The contact owns a 2018 Honda CR-V. The contact stated that while driving at an undisclosed speed, the instrument cluster intermittently went blank for several minutes. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired by an independent mechanic or dealer. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and advised the contact to take the vehicle to a dealer for a diagnostic test. The failure mileage was approximately 20,000.
