NHTSA Complaint #11521993 — 2022 RAM 3500

RAM 13A Recall. Due to the fire risk, I was unable to park my truck at work. I ordered the parts from a RAM Dealer and installed following the instructions in the 13A Recall provided by NHTSA (https://static.nhtsa.gov/odi/rcl/2023/RCRIT-23V060-7126.pdf). I submitted a request for re-imbursement to the manufacturer showing pictures of the part being replaced, and a copy of the parts invoiced. The Manufacter has refused to re-imburse the replacement cost.
