The contact owns a 2015 Lincoln MKC. The contact stated that while the vehicle was at the dealer for routine maintenance, the dealer determined that the transmission needed to be replaced. Additionally, the vehicle was jerking while driving. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 78,000.
