The contact owns a 2023 Honda CR-V. The contact stated while driving approximately 60 MPH, the driver's side mirror started to vibrate, making the rear-view image blurry. The contact stated that the passenger’s side mirror was not shaking and provided a steady image while driving. The contact had not taken the vehicle to a local dealer or independent mechanic to have the vehicle diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer had not been informed of the failure.
