Consumer Description

The contact owns a 2020 Ford F-150.The contact stated that the vehicle was consuming an excessive amount of engine oil. The contact stated that the vehicle was consuming 3-quarts of oil every 5,000 miles. The vehicle was taken to the dealer, who advised the contact to join the class action lawsuit. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and referred the contact to file a complaint with the NHTSA Hotline. The failure mileage was approximately 15,000.
