Consumer Description
The contact owns a 2021 Volkswagen ID.4. The contact stated that while starting or turning off the vehicle, antifreeze would leak onto the ground. The vehicle was taken to the dealer, where it was diagnosed that there was a hole in the radiator caused by wear and tear, and that the vehicle was not covered under warranty. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure but provided no assistance. The failure mileage was approximately 27,000.
