NHTSA Complaint #11519420 — 2022 TOYOTA TUNDRA

The contact owns a 2022 Toyota Tundra. The contact stated that while driving approximately 40 mph the vehicle crashed into a tree causing severe damage to the front end. During the crash, the air bags did not deploy and the collision avoidance system did not activate to prevent the crash from occurring. No injuries were reported.
