NHTSA Complaint #11519073 — 2022 FORD BRONCO SPORT

We received a Important Safety Recall from Ford in February 2023 (22S73, NHTSA Recall 22V859). We have been trying unsuccessfully since receiving the notice to get this repair done at AutoNation Ford Torrance (3111 E Pacific Coast Hwy, Torrance, CA 90505) but they keep telling us the parts are not available. On the phone for over an hour today with Ford Customer Service... Ford is saying parts ARE available, but when they call the dealership in Torrance, the dealership says it is first come first served. We have been calling for almost 2 months now repeatedly yet they will not fix this recall. Was recently given the name Mark Grobs who is parts manager in at AutoNation Ford Torrance, and a phone numebr if 310-78404782 and was told we need to call him every week and try to get a hold of him when he has a part in stock, not that he is going to call us when it's in stock, WE HAVE TO CALL HIM and HOPE he has a part in stock!
