Consumer Description

The contact owns a 2020 Ford F-150. The contact stated that when the vehicle was started, the windshield wipers operated independently and continuously. The vehicle was taken to a dealer where it was diagnosed with an unknown part needing to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer notified the contact that the vehicle was not included in an open recall. The failure mileage was approximately 49,500.
