The contact stated that after the dealer performed an unknown recall repair and Honda of Newnan (391 Newnan Crossing Bypass, Newnan, GA 30265) replaced the ball joints and axles, the contact noticed that the roof panel had detached, causing the front panel to loosen, and the driver's side air bag was visible. Additionally, the front driver's side seat belt failed to retract. The dealer was made aware of the failure and referred the contact to the manufacturer. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and advised the contact to file a complaint with the NHTSA Hotline. The contact related the failure to NHTSA Campaign Numbers: 21V197000 (Structure) and 21V032000 (Seat Belts) however, the VIN was not included in the recalls. The failure mileage was approximately 58,237.
