The contact owns a 2014 Ram 1500. The contact stated that while parked on a flat road surface, the transmission was shifted into park(P), but the vehicle rolled backwards. The vehicle was not diagnosed nor repaired by an independent mechanic or dealer. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 135,000.
