Consumer Description

The steering on my Ford F-150 has begun to be (hard) ... it jerks and is sometimes difficult to turn the steering wheel ... it behaves like it is low on power steering fluid, which is what I initially thought until I brought it to a repair shop. The shop owner told me my Ford does not use power steering fluid ... it is (electric). The (rack & pinion) are controlled by an electric motor.
