The ABS light came on and there was this high-pitched beeping noise that would not stop as I was driving, when I tried to press the brakes I noticed that it was barely working and had to pull over on the side. How was your safety or the safety of others put at risk? I could barely brake as my brakes felt as if they were hard to press which could have led to an accident. Were there any warning lamps, messages or other symptoms of the problem prior to the failure, and when did they first appear?
