Consumer Description

The contact owns a 2019 Chevrolet Malibu. The contact stated that after shifting to the park position the massage "shift to park" had displayed and the vehicle could not be turn completely off. Also and the doors could not be locked and the vehicle would roll. The cause of the failure was not yet determined. The local dealer and manufacturer were notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 18,700.
