Consumer Description
The contact owns a 2015 Kia soul. The contact stated that while driving at an unknown speed, the check engine warning light illuminated. The contact stated that the vehicle was driven to an independent mechanic to be diagnosed. The mechanic determined that the vehicle had experienced failures with the oxygen sensor and catalytic converter. The contact stated that the vehicle was then diagnosed by another independent mechanic who confirmed the failure. The vehicle was repaired but the failure persisted. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 135,000.
