The contact owns a 2020 Chevrolet Bolt EV. The contact received notifications of NHTSA Campaign Numbers: 21V650000 (Electrical System) and 22V930000 (Structure, Seat Belts) however, the parts to do the recall repair were unavailable. The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repairs. The manufacturer was made aware of the issues. The contact had not experienced a failure. The contact was unable to take possession of the vehicle due to the parts not being available for the recall repair. VIN tool confirms parts not available.
