The contact owns a 2015 Ford Escape. The contact stated that while driving at an undisclosed speed, the back-over prevention camera image became distorted. The vehicle was not diagnosed nor repaired by an independent mechanic or dealer. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and referred the contact to file a complaint with the NHTSA Hotline.
