Consumer Description

I have had my cross traffic alert come on at least 5 other times. There was no reason for it to alert. Unfortunately this time it came on while traveling on a 2 lane street going 40mph and jammed my brakes on slowing me down to almost a complete stop. Causing me to lunge forward and hurt my right hand. There was no reason for this to happen. Luckily no one was behind me or I may have been hurt seriously. I am now scared to drive my car. I have made an appointment to take my car in on Monday for repair. I do not want this car anymore and have no confidence in its safety.
