The contact owns a 2015 Ford Fusion. The contact stated that the vehicle was overheating. The contact checked the coolant and notice that there was no coolant in the vehicle. The contact added more coolant, but the failure reoccurred. The vehicle was not diagnosed. The dealer was contacted and stated that the VIN was not included in a recall. The manufacturer was contacted and stated that the vehicle was not under recall The failure mileage was 117,000.
