2007 TOYOTA TACOMA. CONSUMER WRITES IN REGARD TO RUSTED FRAME. THE CONSUMER IS REQUESTING ASSISTANCE WITH A RUSTED FRAME AS THE VEHICLE WILL NOT PASS INSPECTION DUE TO THIS DEFECT.
