The contact stated the battery power capacity had decreased. Additionally, the contact noticed a burning odor inside the vehicle. There was no warning light illuminated. The local dealer was contacted. The vehicle was not diagnosed nor repaired. The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair.
