Consumer Description

2019 Ram 1500 Limited with 48,000 miles the rear window started leaking badly. The rear seat back and hybrid battery pack get wet whenever it rains. On 12/23/2022 had truck inspected by Safe Lite glass shop in Wilmington NC. Confirmed the rear plastic window frame cracked causing the leak. Estimate to fix $1000.00 On 12/28.2022 went to Hendricks Ram in Wilmington NC to have truck inspected. Service advisor [XXX] confirmed the rear window plastic frame cracked and leaking.
