Intersection has cameras around traffic lights. Timing was off enough to question, ie actually watching a stopwatch to know that it sped through yellow and ended green early from my view point was clearly seen. I will investigate further. Traffic patterns didn’t support such action and pedestrian activity just for that crossing was heavy while the other directions were not. Seemed suspicious but such timing had little effect on where my car stopped anyways. It was suspicious that there weren’t pedestrians traveling north and south on 17th or at the opposite side of the intersection, but that the side was on had at least 8 people immediately crossing.
