The dealer was notified of the recall and informed the contact that parts were not yet available for the repair. The contact was referred to another dealer and provided the same information. The manufacturer was notified of the issue and the contact and was provided a case number. The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. Parts distribution disconnect.
