The vehicle was taken to an unknown dealer where the rearview camera was replaced; however, the failure persisted. The contact referenced NHTSA Campaign Number: 22V082000 (Back Over Prevention). The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure and referred the contact to the NHTSA hotline. The failure mileage was approximately 120,000.
