Consumer Description

The contact owns a 2020 Ford F150. The contact stated while parking he noticed smoke coming from the front to the vehicle, when the contact checked under the vehicle, he noticed that the plastic cover under the engine was detached and had leaves on it where the smoke was coming from due to it being nearby the exhaust pipe. The contact was able to stop the smoke by pouring water onto the leaves. The vehicle was not diagnosed. The contact sent pictures to the dealer however they have yet to communicate. The manufacturer was not contacted. The failure mileage was 34,590.
