Consumer Description

i HAVE BEEN TRYING TO SET UP RECALL WITH CENTURY THREE CHEVROLET IN WEST MIFFLIN PA. They refuse to give me a loaner car while they have my truck all day say i have to drop off and come back. Well I work mon thru Fri same hours as them I requested a Saturday and they said they don't do recalls on Saturday. they are making it as difficult as possible to get this work done.
