Consumer Description
I purchased a holiday house Inc camper over a year ago. The floor failed due to the floor not actually being one piece as advertised. It was actually pieced together with three pieces of plywood which altered the weight. This resulted in the trailer weighing more than what was titled. Mind you this is a 2021 travel trailer that was actually made in 2018 but sold as a 2021. Not to mention I had a bent door frame, water damage, and a list other items. My frame sat extremely low to the ground and I mentioned that to holiday house. They promised they would replace my frame and issue a voluntary recall. I asked them to please reach out with everyone with the old frames and issue a voluntary recall. They told me they would. [XXX] promised he would and would get back with me letting me know he would contact everyone with the old frames and would replace them for nothing. I had the dealership take the camper with promises of it being fixed. Then I had holiday house tell me it would be fixed. This has been over a year. I have filed a lawsuit against holiday house. Warranty information wasn’t given during purchase, it was given almost a year over. INFORMATION Redacted PURSUANT TO THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. 552(B)(6).
