The contact owns a 2020 Tesla Model 3. The contact stated while driving 75 MPH with the cruise control activated, the vehicle experienced phantom braking. The vehicle was not diagnosed nor repaired by an independent mechanic or dealer. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and informed the contact that a technician would inspect the vehicle at the residence. The failure mileage was 26,498.
