Consumer Description

on 8/22/2022 received a powertrain malfunction notice by Ford. Since that time on four occasions the vehicle has lost power causing a significant jerking and loud thud. It loses all power. This has happened twice after Blue Cruise has disengaged. Two other times include when the vehicle was placed in drive or reverse. It also caused a lurching motion after it engaged without the foot on the accelerator.
