The contact received a second recall notification of NHTSA Campaign Number: 22V150000 (Service Brakes, Hydraulic) advising the contact to contact the dealer for recall repair; however, the dealer informed the contact that they would not complete the recall repair unless the recalled part had failed. The manufacturer was notified of the issue and followed up with the dealer. The manufacturer later informed the contact that the dealer informed them that the part to do the recall repair was not available. The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time to complete the recall repair. The contact had not experienced a failure. VIN tool confirms parts not available.
