NHTSA Complaint #11486977 — 2019 INFINITI QX60

FEB (sensors) display on our Infiniti QX 60 dashboard - this occurred within several months when we received the car. The car was inspected by their Infiniti Repair dealer and was told the problem was solved. It was not and the same issue appeared after several miles of driving. Reported to Consumer Affairs at Infiniti and was informed its an Infiniti Dealer issue. Further electronic defects occurred as I was not able to change gear from Park to Drive. Infiniti towed the car to their Dealer and purportedly they corrected. The same issue continued and placed several more calls to Infiniti Consumer affairs. Was told "we are sorry but we cant help you". Eventually brought this issue up to the highest level at Infiniti to [XXX] - head of Nissan North America. No action yet again - and was called by an assistant and thanked me for bringing it to his attention. informed Infiniti via email to [XXX] that it can be catastrophic at Front sensors are defective and do not function.
