The contact stated that she became aware that the VIN was included in NHTSA Campaign Number: 22V556000 (Equipment) however, she was unable to reach the manufacturer for assistance with recall repair. The contact had not been able to reach the local dealer after several attempts. The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The manufacturer was not made aware of the issue. The contact had not experienced a failure. Parts distribution disconnect.
