Consumer Description

The contact owns a 2016 GMC Terrain. The contact stated while driving at an undisclosed speed in inclement weather, the windshield wipers failed to operate. There was no warning light illuminated. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic and a screw was replaced; however, the failure recurred. Neither the dealer nor the manufacturer was notified of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 150,000.
