Consumer Description

i was told by BMW that my vehicle doesn't qualify for RECALL 21V-586. however my high pressure fuel pump failed at about 130,000 miles. i am trying to be reimbursed for my cost of parts under the TREAD ACT but BMW says my vin wasn't included by NHTSA. the recall seems to cover all BMW diesels from 2014 to 2018. please help.
